Market Entry Strategy Or How To Be More Self Sustainable

I have a huge problem.
I created the perfect plan, and then life happened.
Due to the well-known situation in our market, I asked myself a lot of questions in previous weeks. What to do at this point?
What is the right path?

Maybe I should close my company, find a job, and get a monthly salary. But then I got an excellent idea in this quarantine time. I have noticed that I would like to be self-sustainable, and I come up with a plan to move to the countryside, for example, in Prekmurje.
If you dont know Prekmurje, after quarantine is over. You should go there because it is beautiful and unusually calm.

There I could have my Ranch I could grow my food, but you know what after this dream. I got a new reality check because if you want to move, you need to buy land, and you need to know how to grow vegetables.
I know little from this area because, as a child, I spent most of my time in Prekmurje because I have my family there, I believe this decision would not be so romantic at the end.

Okay, let’s now go back to our engineering staff before Corona happened. I planned my market entry strategy that I will provide services to more prominent companies. That means that I would create models or engineering the product or develop the product for more leading companies. But due to the situation in our market a lot more prominent companies now they have their problems. That’s why I don’t feel to sell them right now my services. I don’t think it’s this right approach. Maybe I should sell them. But at least at this point, I want to wait and I don’t want to sell them my services.

At this point, I have only two options. First is that I’ll go into the retail market. That means that I will buy a product from other companies. Let’s say I would purchase a product from China, and then I will sell it on Amazon, or I will sell it directly into our market, and the second option is which is great that I must be more self-sustainable.

That means that I need to develop and manufacture my products and try to sell it directly to the market.
