Good Advice is Hard to Follow

I am the product of good advice. Network, build relationships, and Shirley Chisholm’s timeless quote, “If they don’t give you a seat at the table, bring a folding chair.” It has helped me progress. I’ve also given sound advice, buy in the bear, sell in the bull, a good strategy conquers fear; get one, and help is only as good as your reason for giving it.
