We are enclosed by what our senses show. We can not go beyond. When we move, we move with our space, with our enclosure. Apart from this enclosure, everything is memory, imagination, thinking. Whatever may happen, this structure does not change. It means this structure is the Original.

No one is suffering

One talks about suffering, discusses about suffering as one is safe and secured now. If one is actually in trouble, either one takes action or bears the discomfort, the trouble is giving. Talk about suffering is only to escape the discomfort, to remain in one’s comfort zone, to remain in one’s pattern of seeking relief by acting compulsively.

The idea of suffering is created by the religion or through poetic expressions. No one can be essentially unhappy unless one is in immediate physical danger. And when one is in danger, there is no time to think, talk, discuss. There is immediacy of action.

What one calls unhappiness, suffering is simply psychological discomfort due to something not happening as you wish or when you are unable to cover up the feeling of uncertainty. One makes stories out of psychological discomfort, calls it suffering.

Psychologically, you can not have relieved, done state. Psychological comfort-discomfort is the non-stoppable movement. When you see that psychological safety, security is an illusion-you are attuned to supreme relaxation with unending friction to operate.

The mechanism of now

You can not escape, undo or erase any unpleasant feeling or thought. When you are safe and secured in the moment, only then unpleasant thoughts disturb you.

Can one see this?

Mind is troubled as it wants to solve the ‘unpleasantness’ now. It wants to feel the comfort of solving something Now, which can not be dealt with or solved Now. It becomes busy in fighting with unpleasant thoughts as if to feel comfortable Now.
Can one see that the fight is illusory?

Just seeing that nothing can be done Now to feel comfortable about the unpleasant thoughts attunes you to supreme relaxation. You are open to a new dimension.

Without facing the basic predicament, you can not find ‘what is True’

The fundamental issue before man is-how to deal with, when he faces something which he does not like, finds irritating or when he is face to face with uncertainty, which he is unable to cover up.

Unless one faces this predicament, he can not find ‘what is True’. He goes on adjusting himself with ideas, explanations (including about God and so on). Can one see that all disliking, irritation, uncertainty is psychological discomfort, if it is not immediate physical danger? One takes as if this discomfort is thrown away from the mind by comforting ideas or comforting activities. Can one close this escape route? Can one see that there is no place to throw the discomfort out of your mind? Instantly, you find the resting point within. Connection to the Original has happened. ‘What is True’ is revealed.
